With the "Time Free" plan, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink self-service sake from over 100 varieties. After paying in advance, simply choose your favorite glass and pour as much as you like from any of the four display cases (excluding the "Premium" section) to taste at your own pace. You can sample brands that pique your interest or rare sake in small amounts at your own pace, allowing you to enjoy an average of 10 to 15 varieties. (Since the amount you drink is roughly the same as the tasting plan, this is excellent value.) [Sample Lineup] (Please note that some items may not be available): Shinsei, Jikon, Koyouyoku, Sharaku, Akabu, Senkin, Takachiyo, Murayu, Kamo-nishiki, Hiruki, Den-shu, Kaze-no-Mori, Tanaka 65, Raifuku, ORBIA, Kokuryu, Hakkai-san, Kameizumi, Ro-man, Chiebijin, Saijo Tsuru, Saku, Nabeshima, Koei Kiku, Soga Pére Effis, Katsukoma, Futoto, Kubota, Tenbi, Oze no Yukidoke, Hakurakusei, Nanada, Eikō Fuji, Hakata Jiman, Wakami, Yamayu, Mimuro Sugi, Librom, Hōō Mida, and more. Using sake, after much trial and error, we have created a work that allows you to enjoy a rich depth and aroma, as well as a thick and blissful melt-in-your-mouth experience. The filling is made only with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and sugar. It is an additive-free filling that allows you to taste the original flavor of the azuki beans and their gentle sweetness. Supervised by a sake sommelier, this new sensation dessert also utilizes the aroma and flavor of sake, which changes with the seasons. Recommended pairing: Enjoy pairing with sencha or sweet sake.
At Hyakuyaku, the owner, who is a sake sommelier, has carefully selected over 100 types of sake from various regions across the country. To eliminate preconceptions, we do not provide any descriptions, so if you take a sip and it doesn't suit your taste, move on to the next one. If you enjoy it, pour yourself a little more and savor it slowly for the best experience. Please use this as a study guide before your visit. Since we do not carry standard products, you may encounter a once-in-a-lifetime sake. *Please note that there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to sourcing.* We rotate 120 to 150 bottles monthly, so there may be a once-in-a-lifetime sake available.
We will provide three recommended types of the day. *Please refrain from specifying brands or flavors.* Recommended for those who are short on time or find it troublesome to decide.
