A creative Japanese sweet from a fish shop. It is a monaka filled with a special fish powder mixed anko and ice cream, topped with bonito flakes. The aroma of fish and the sweetness of anko are incredibly delicious! You can add ikura as a topping. This is also sweet and salty, and very tasty!

Saga Prefecture, pink junmai. A very rare pink sake. A soft and gentle drinking experience.
Nara Prefecture, Junmai sake. Definitely enjoy it warm! The sweetness becomes gentle and the acidity stands out around 35°C.
Kochi Prefecture, pure rice, super dry. Fragrant and has an excellent crispness that cuts smoothly in the mouth.
Aichi Prefecture, Junmai Daiginjo. A well-known and hard-to-obtain sake. Rich aroma reminiscent of fruits and sweetness of rice.
