A unique somen experience in the heart of Shibuya
Located in Shibuya Hikarie, "Somen Sososo Laboratory" is a specialty shop that explores new possibilities for somen. The interior has a laboratory-like atmosphere, and the diverse somen offerings reflect a commitment to ingredients and cooking methods. Using hand-stretched somen from Shodoshima called "Shima no Hikari," guests can enjoy the fun of creating their own perfect bowl through ingredient selection and seasoning. The pairing with natural wines and sake is also appealing, allowing for a casual yet profound appreciation of somen.
