The soup has a rich umami flavor from the dashi, and the aroma is not overpowering, making it very easy to drink. The curly noodles are firm and chewy, and they pick up the soup well. The chashu is tender, and the seasoned egg has just the right flavor to be satisfying. The tai rice is delicious on its own, but it becomes even more enjoyable when you pour the soup over it, creating a tai chazuke style dish. Adding a little yuzu pepper midway through changes the flavor and keeps it exciting until the end. I'm also curious about the rich chicken tai soba and soy sauce soba, and it's nice to be able to relax in the spacious restaurant.
