The first appetizer made with wild vegetables had a wonderful aroma, raising my expectations. The seafood dish, which included marinated fugu and sweet shrimp, was meticulously prepared and packed with umami. The charcoal-grilled nodoguro was elegantly fatty and surprisingly fluffy even when cold. The tempura of shirako served with matcha salt was creamy yet had a light aftertaste, making it easy to enjoy more drinks. A bisque made with crab and sea urchin, as well as an Asian dish featuring abalone with cilantro, added to the excitement of the entire course. Spending time in the elegant interior while gazing at the cityscape was pleasant, and I felt it was a wonderful place that could bring a smile to anyone.

The course meal continues to excite from start to finish. The bisque made with crab, sea urchin, and caviar has a rich umami flavor that makes it impossible to stop eating. The dish featuring abalone seasoned with cilantro has an unexpected twist and a refreshing aroma. The fluffy grilled conger eel and the melting chateaubriand beef cutlet are also impressive, allowing you to enjoy the differences in texture. The sake and wine selected by the owner are diverse and enhance each dish even further. Finally, the fragrant soba and strawberry daifuku that were served at the end wrapped up the meal in a happy afterglow.
