Being guided to a quiet, atmospheric private room makes me feel special from the very beginning. At the entrance, the staff is waiting with a warm greeting that stays in my heart. The dishes have a gentle umami that spreads, and everything from the lotus root dumplings and sea bream soup to the squid rice and grilled abalone is satisfying. The sashimi of pike eel and bird shellfish is also good, with the aroma of yuzu and the balance of mellow miso being just right. The champagne for toasting and the recommended white wine pair well, making the meal even more enjoyable. When I ask about the dishes, they explain clearly and promptly, allowing me to have a pleasant experience throughout.

At the entrance, the staff welcomes you and immediately guides you to a private room where you can relax. The interior is so quiet that you can forget the hustle and bustle outside, allowing for a leisurely time. The dishes have a refined taste that highlights the quality of the ingredients. When I expressed my preferences for the sashimi platter, they responded well, and I was very satisfied. The suggestions for both sake and wine were spot on, allowing me to enjoy the pairing with Japanese cuisine. The attentive service was detailed, with explanations and timing that were pleasant, making for a delightful dining experience.
