The wide and chewy noodles were well coated with the fragrant sauce, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The Youpo noodles had a good balance of sourness and spiciness, with a mild numbing sensation that made them easy to eat. There were large pieces of pork and crisp vegetables, adding to the enjoyment of chewing. The strong, thick noodles of the Zhajiangmian had a freshly boiled feel and paired perfectly with the sauce full of minced meat. The steamed chicken topping and bok choy were also nice accents, allowing me to eat with enthusiasm until the end. It was smooth to order via QR code, and the friendly atmosphere among the staff was pleasant.
