This is the kind of Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy the activities of young chefs @ Iidabashi Tsukanoma. While the general of Kimoto is away, the restaurant is open only for young chefs. ☺️ This is my second visit after the spring. This day was a private party. The food was much tastier than the last time while also incorporating the requests of the organizer 😆✨ In a good way, it was close to the expectations of the customers, and the content and volume were highly satisfying. They are opening another Tsukanuma in the fall, so I am looking forward to the next one 😋💕. . . .

This is the kind of place that supports young talent @Kagurazaka A young chef who has been studying daily at Kimoto opened the restaurant as "Tsukanoma" in the absence of the owner. The sign out front has also changed ☺️. It is very dazzling to see him talk about his hopes for the future while making dishes in a relaxed ⁉️ manner, and in a sense it is a luxury ☺️ to be able to enjoy the process with your eyes and taste it with your tongue. I went to Kimitaka. Kimitaka from the west, who came from Kansai to Tokyo, had a matsutake course this time. The ingredients and taste were the best. I'm not a big fan of spending my birthday in a rut, so every year I make it a regular day. But I still want to eat good food on that day. Last year it was at Chiune, this year at Kimoto. I was surprised again by the birthday gift from the president of Musashibi, but I was really happy to receive so many blessings from everyone around me. Kimo after 4 months ❤️❤️ Karasumi here. My favorite in the world💖💖 The fried ones are too good too 😂💕💕 . And the rice with clam broth. It was really delicious 😭💓 The sea bream is also very tasty. The basic sashimi is also the best ！！！！
