At the standing counter, when you get off the elevator, there is a calm atmosphere that makes you excited. The first dish that comes out is a moist omelet with a subtle sweetness, which is a great start. The rice has a hint of vinegar, making it impossible to stop picking at it. The toppings, including flounder, sweet shrimp, snow crab, and black throat sea perch, are all excellent, and the hand-rolled eel has a gentle seaweed aroma that spreads. The ticket vending machine is right next to you and easy to use, allowing you to enjoy your drinks at your own pace. In particular, the aroma of freshly shelled red clams is impressive, and you feel a gentle happiness in the quiet space.
