It is reservation-based, and when you convey your preferences, they create a course using seasonal ingredients. Each dish is served in smaller portions one after another, allowing you to savor them with excitement. There are many innovative combinations and seasonings that surprise you with every bite. The grated daikon paired with giant grapes and the fried olives, as well as the sea urchin with tororo, were particularly impressive. The sashimi with salted kelp and karasumi, and the teriyaki scallops seasoned with sansho had a wonderful aroma. In addition to the counter and tables, there is also a tatami room in the back, providing a calm atmosphere like a hidden retreat where you can relax.
