The interior has a calm atmosphere, and it's enjoyable to see the cooking process from the counter. The skewers, with their fragrant charcoal aroma, have a nice char and become more delicious with each bite. In particular, the chicken thigh is juicy, and the seasoning of salt is exquisite. The grilled shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots also bring out their flavors, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The sashimi is rich in flavor, melts in the mouth, and is delicious without any unpleasant smell. The staff are polite and friendly, making for a comfortable experience.
