The counter is the center, and the excitement of the atmosphere right in front of me is thrilling. There are beautiful flower arrangements, creating a calm ambiance. The seasonal fish sashimi and grilled dishes are carefully prepared, and the use of garnishes is pleasant. The scallop dumplings in the hot pot and the beef stew with a miso aroma left a lasting impression with their smooth texture. Since the dishes are served all at once, I can enjoy them at my own pace and decide the order. From the miso soup with a fragrant broth to the seasoned rice and even the pudding, I was satisfied until the very end.
