The man at the ticket counter was on the phone for a long time (his tone of voice did not sound like he was on the job), and I could not even buy a ticket to enter the museum, which was not very nice. I had made a reservation for afternoon tea at 10:00 a.m. with the intention of having it at the cafe, but the afternoon tea starts at 11:00 a.m. and there is not even a light meal such as sandwiches. Such an important thing should have been written down when making the reservation. Moreover, there was a piece of cake on the luggage rack (a space under the table where you can put your luggage), which I guessed was dropped by a previous customer. I went there first thing in the morning, so I was surprised that they didn't clean it the day before or the day of the reservation. I was so surprised. Moreover, the staff did not remove the cake even after I told them. I wish I had taken a picture of it because I have never had this happen to me before.

Each set serves one person with a pot of tea (equivalent to 2-3 cups) for ¥2,800 per person. *Available for orders of 2 or more people.
