Our establishment offers a lineup comparable to a sake specialty store. We always have about 75 carefully selected types of sake from across the country. You can enjoy a changing selection centered around unique brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Particularly popular is our 'steamed sake,' which is made using a unique method. It is easy to drink even for beginners, and its soft mouthfeel is well-received. Additionally, we always have 5 to 8 types of sparkling sake, including our original creations, available by the glass. From warm sake to sparkling, we deliver a uniquely different sake experience.

Experience the rare 'Steamed Sake' in the city! The main difference from regular warmed sake is that it can be finished with a rounder taste. Many people who are not fond of warmed sake often dislike the strong aroma of alcohol, but with steamed sake, the alcohol scent is reduced, making it easy for anyone to drink. It is said that drinking warmed sake can lead to getting drunk quickly, but generally, alcohol is absorbed at temperatures close to body temperature. Cold sake puts a burden on the stomach and takes time to warm up inside before being absorbed. Only then do you start to feel drunk, which can lead to regret later. However, with warmed sake from the start, it does not burden the stomach, and the alcohol breakdown begins, allowing for longer drinking without lingering effects, so you can wake up refreshed the next morning. Steamed sake is available from 1 go (180ml) for ¥1100.
