I was curious about NOUVE because it had been rated so highly on a certain reservation site. Originally, it was in Kitashinchi, but now it is a room on the 4th floor of a multi-tenant building with a lot of talk and hashtags on Instagram. Only 6 seats at the counter It was a calm space! The manager is a bit strange but funny and nice! He is now basically running the store without a day off and makes all the breads and desserts by himself! This time we ordered the 10,000 yen course! First of all, I have to say that it was too good for the price and too delicious! The most notable dishes were the lobster and peach with sour cream and caviar, sautéed oysters with matsutake mushrooms, abalone and corn sauce with truffles, and fresh shark fin from Kesennuma! These dishes were not only appetizing from the outside, but also tasted wonderful. I had never had raw shark fin before and was surprised at how tender it was! Too raw and mouthwatering! I don't have a picture of the rest, but the bread was also amazingly delicious. It is very rare to find such fluffy bread. The final dessert was a dish of watermelon shaved ice with apricot bean curd underneath! The owner told us to use a spoon to scoop up the shaved ice and apricot jelly together and eat it, but after eating it together, we understood. I could have paid 1,000 yen for this alone and opened a shaved ice shop! LOL! The only thing that didn't really hit the spot for me was the veal steak, which seemed a bit dry. However, that was a small thing that was not a problem when you consider all the other meals in total. The bill was about 12,000 yen per person including drinks. This is really reasonable for such a generous use of such high quality ingredients! We will definitely go back!
