When you enter the restaurant, the cheerful staff greets you warmly, allowing you to relax right away. Once seated, side dishes like kimchi and small fish are quickly served, instantly lifting your spirits. The soft tofu stew has a perfect balance of umami and spiciness, making it impossible to stop eating even while sweating. The sundae I tried for the first time had a delightful chewy texture from the glutinous rice, and it pairs excellently with beer. The sweetness of the horse meat yukhoe provides a nice accent between the spicy dishes, creating a rhythm of flavors. Even late at night, you can enjoy bubbling oden, making it a place where you can fully enjoy your meal until the end.
