The hojicha basque cheesecake has a wonderful aroma, is moist, melts in your mouth, and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. It is served with cream and rock salt, which adds depth to the flavor. The cacao pudding is rich and has a smooth texture, with a refreshing sweetness that allows you to appreciate the richness of the cacao. The egg sandwich has a hint of truffle aroma, and the combination of avocado and salmon is also satisfying.
