Although it is a standing dining style, the atmosphere allows for a relaxed enjoyment. The sushi is served at a good pace, and each piece is fresh with a strong umami flavor. In particular, the toro-taku and the sea urchin bouquet had a melting sweetness that brought a smile to my face. The aroma of the grilled and seared dishes was pleasant, and the harmony with the rice was outstanding. You can freely bring your own drinks, making it easy to pair with your favorite beverages. The casualness of standing dining naturally encourages conversation with those around, allowing for a happy experience until the very end.

I was excited to see the chef present the ingredients right in front of me in a standing dining style. The course was diverse, centered around white fish, and each dish stood out for its freshness. I was delighted to taste fish that are hard to come by, like grouper and black throat sea perch. The hand roll with squid and cream cheese was an unexpectedly delicious combination that became addictive. The attentive service, with tea and glasses being promptly offered, left a good impression. I was very satisfied to enjoy the nigiri I was curious about again during the final additional order time.

This is a popular standing sushi restaurant where reservations fill up quickly. The omakase offers a good balance of rice and toppings, and you can feel the careful craftsmanship in each piece. The comparison of white fish is particularly impressive, and I was able to enjoy the unique flavors of each, including those that are kelp-marinated or marinated. After trying a variety of dishes, there is a time for seconds, where you can request as much of the toppings you are curious about as you like, which is fantastic. You can bring your favorite drinks, allowing you to try your own pairings with the sushi. The friendly conversations with the staff are also pleasant, making it a place where you can feel relaxed and satisfied even while standing.
