Opened in 2014 in Ebisu, it has continued to be loved by many people since then. The signature dishes and seasonal menu have gained a reputation, bringing a new breeze to the local food culture. Mr. Takamaru is from Hiroshima Prefecture. After graduating from high school he moved to Tokyo and gained experience in the restaurant industry at Raku Corporation and Foods Supply Service Corporation. In 2014 he opened Banshakuya Ojinjo in Ebisu, offering dishes that make use of local Hiroshima ingredients. He currently energetically operates three establishments, including Takamaru Denki and Yutenji Bob, and remains active in the foodservice industry.
