Opened in Ashikaga City in February 2022. We have made a new start and continue to grow as a place loved by the local people. While incorporating new initiatives, we provide services rooted in the community. We value our connection with the local society.

The owner, Mr. Keisuke Aoki, lives in Ashikaga City. After retiring from his previous job at "moonshine studio," he decided to open the restaurant in response to the many appreciative customers. He handled the interior design of the restaurant himself and is particular about the food. Aoki says, "I want to create a restaurant that values human relationships and is loved by everyone," and this passion is reflected in the charm of "SoRoRi.
