Featuring smoked and herb dishes, the menu is arranged from more than 10 countries the owner has visited. You can enjoy dishes that require a lot of time and effort, such as "Sasami Jerky" and "Beef Jerky," which are made with a special attention to aging, and "Smoked Potato Salad," which is smoked and pickled in iburi. The spiced "Chicken Curry" is especially popular. The restaurant offers flavorful dishes made with the finest ingredients and techniques.

The interior of the restaurant was designed by the owner himself and features interior walls painted with mortar and utensils and lighting that create a relaxed atmosphere. The space is inorganic yet warm, and the simple yet sophisticated interior provides a comfortable dining space. It is a cozy space where you can relax and enjoy your meal.

After opening in February 2022, it reopened in Ashikaga Dori 2-chome.

The owner, Mr. Keisuke Aoki, lives in Ashikaga City. After retiring from his previous job at "moonshine studio," he decided to open the restaurant in response to the many appreciative customers. He handled the interior design of the restaurant himself and is particular about the food. Aoki says, "I want to create a restaurant that values human relationships and is loved by everyone," and this passion is reflected in the charm of "SoRoRi.
