We take pride in our grilled chicken made with domestically sourced Mikawa chicken, carefully grilled to perfection. In particular, our omakase skewer set features juicy tsukune with a raw egg yolk and melt-in-your-mouth liver, all of which are exquisite and allow you to fully enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. Additionally, we offer a variety of dishes such as grilled nagaimo and oyakodon.

The interior has a homely atmosphere, and you can enjoy conversations with the friendly master. Despite operating with a small number of people, the attentive service is comfortable, providing a space to relax. Every visit offers a heartwarming moment, and it continues to be loved by the locals.

Opened on December 28, 2009, the yakitori crafted by a master who trained at a famous restaurant in Nagoya is loved by locals. Utilizing years of experience, it provides delicious moments to visitors. It continues to operate rooted in the community in Shinmaiko.
