The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. It's a space centered around the counter, where you can see the craftsman's hands at work, which is exciting. There is a salad you can choose at the beginning, and you can mix and match dressings and toppings to your liking. The sushi made with red vinegar rice has a wonderful aroma, and the light brushing of soy sauce is elegant. The creative menu items, such as the melting blue cheese omelet and homemade miso pickles, are also impressive. To top it off, you can enjoy hand-made soba noodles, and I'm delighted by the wide variety of the menu.
