We take pride in our golden soup, which has remained unchanged for over 30 years since our establishment. Our chicken meatballs, developed through trial and error, are also exquisite. Please be sure to try our water boiled chicken at Mizuya.
A classic spicy offal hot pot seasoned sweet and spicy, based on the chicken broth used in Mizutaki. It's not as spicy as it looks and is a proud dish loved by regulars and newcomers alike. For the finish, both ramen and zosui are recommended.
We use our homemade soup, which is luxuriously made for Mizutaki. It is seasoned with soy sauce and garlic, making it a delicious hot pot until the end. We recommend using champon noodles for the finish.
