Today's lunch was at Awajicho's "Menkyo Chio" 🍜. We ordered "(black) nihonichi shoyu soba" from ‼︎ The soup is made from 7 kinds of dried fish including kelp, mackerel, Uruume, and Soda 🤔 The Kaeshi is made from fresh soy sauce, which tastes fresh and elegant 😋. The noodles are patted noodles with low water content 🙆🙆, and they are very flavorful. Chashu is "pork" and "duck" ‼︎🐷🦆. I especially enjoyed the duck 🤤. It was a beautiful looking, sophisticated and elegant tasting cup ‼︎✨✨

Shiro no kyoku (1,290 yen) Although it is called "chicken shirato-yu", I did not feel much of the chicken flavor, and the cream or consommé or other western ingredients were all conspicuous. The chashu pork was dry and the toppings were not very good. The chashu pork was cold, which made me feel down. They don't even do basic temperature control, and they don't even write a note saying that if you order a large portion, don't leave any leftovers or don't play with your cell phone.
