Opened in December 2021, we offer creative French cuisine that utilizes local ingredients. With the owner's rich experience and passion infused in the dishes, we provide visitors with a new culinary experience. We continue to pursue new challenges rooted in the community.

Chef Nakata has 32 years of experience teaching at the Tsuji Culinary Institute, where he has trained many chefs. He has a glamorous career, including menu development for the sleeper train 'Twilight Express' and being responsible for the cuisine at the G20 Summit, aiming to deliver happiness through food.
