The signature dish, 'Original Soba Tsuyu Style Black Pork Shabu Course,' features black pork shabu as the centerpiece, accompanied by a colorful assortment of vegetables, fresh soba, small side dishes, fried items, steamed sushi, and also includes pork soup, rice porridge, and dessert. Depending on the course, it may also include black pork fillet cutlet, black wagyu steak, and local fish dishes, creating a luxurious composition that combines the flavors of the ingredients with a satisfying eating experience.

The interior is designed to offer a panoramic view of the scenery around Sapporo Station from the window-side seats, creating a bright and open atmosphere. The seating is spaciously arranged, with counters, tables, and tatami rooms available, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions from casual meals for solo diners to family gatherings and couple dinners.

Ichinisan is known as the first restaurant in Japan to offer black pork shabu-shabu served with soba dipping sauce.
