This is an Okinawan izakaya located near Asahibashi Station, behind a large pachinko parlor. There are many menus posted outside, which makes you excited even before entering. In addition to the counter and tables, there are tatami rooms and sunken hearths where you can relax comfortably. The staff is attentive, and since it is a bit away from the bustling area, you can spend your time in peace. The awamori has a rich taste that pairs well with items like lotus root with mentaiko mayo, island garlic, and the fried fish paste served as an appetizer. I also love the unique wall decorations with words that make you smile.
