The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and the beer and bonito sashimi were good, but I was a little disappointed in the taste of the fresh shirasu, shiro-tofu, and minced tofu balls. The bonito sashimi had a strong wasabi flavor and was very salty. We also ordered hot sake, but there is room for improvement. The fried Kamo eggplant was delicious with a good broth, but I felt a little uncomfortable with the flavor of the hot sake. The grilled sea bream was carefully grilled, but I felt it lacked a bit of saltiness. There is still room for improvement in the hot sake, but the meal was delicious.
