A street-style yakiniku restaurant located in a residential area of Shikahama, Adachi-ku, Tokyo. The restaurant has been featured in many famous restaurant magazines, but reservations are not accepted. Even celebrities have to wait in line to get in. The atmosphere of the Showa period (1926-1989), which has not changed since the establishment of the restaurant, and the careful preparation of the meat have earned the restaurant a reputation, and to this day there is never a day when the line is not long enough to get in.

Mixed hormones like a jewel box Revisiting the restaurant for the first time in about 4 years, we were able to get in at 4:30pm when it opened, so it was a rare opportunity to get an immediate update. The extra high quality Halami and mixed Hormones, which were unforgettably delicious on my last visit, are still there. I also thoroughly enjoyed the medium cut off (tare), top tongue salt, seared liver, and the hearty heart. The quality of the non-meat a la carte items here is also amazing! The cheek soup, seaweed kuppa, Achilles tendon with vinegared miso, raw vegetable salad (choregi salad style), and potato salad all satisfied me, and so did the bill! Now if only it were closer to the station.

This is the kind of yakiniku restaurant that raises the bar of deliciousness every time I go there @ Shikahama. Stamina En. Regular course ✨ always a big thank you 🙏💦 Kimchi, stew, salad, sashimi, tail... everything is already main course even before you get to the meat. The hormone and red meat are all of the day high quality that you can only find here. Without the meat soldier's exquisite grilling, the meat would cry 😆 And speaking of yakiniku, you can't miss the white rice. Stamina En's rice is also very good. Every time I go to Stamina-En, they set a new record for deliciousness, making it even more difficult to go anywhere else 🤣. I'm going to have to go there again. I'm not sure I'll ever go anywhere else 🤣. I'm not sure I'll be able to go anywhere else 🤣.

The meat here is the best in Japan! This time, we were able to go on a weekday, so we lined up two hours early and were the second group from the front. We were the second group in line two hours in advance and were able to get in on the first turn. Even among the 100 best Yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo, most of which are difficult to make reservations for, this is one of the best. If you get in line, you can eat. It's a great place to eat and I love it. The only thing is that everyone is delicious! I am addicted to it! I always feel a little disappointed because I can't get enough of the tteoktang soup. This time, I was very satisfied with the fantastic fried rice.

This is the kind of restaurant that makes me miss Taeguktan @ Deer Beach. Stamina En. I really wanted to try their famous taegeuktang that I had on my last visit.... My brain has been in a taegeuktang brain for the past few days 😆. But on this day, the volume and quality of the meat was too much, 🤩 I heard the manager gets in a good mood when the meat is satisfying and he was smiling the whole time. A winning day for sure😍 Stamina En is truly one-of-a-kind and cannot be compared to any other yakiniku restaurant. The deliciousness of the food is also upgraded by the masterful grilling of Mr. Meat Soldier, a true grill master who was trained by Mr. Jimon Terakado ⁉️. Everyone at the restaurant is very friendly and I love it more and more every time I go 💕 It was a very satisfying party for both my stomach and my mind. This is the kind of downtown yakiniku restaurant that I love every time I go there @ Shikahama Stamina En. Super regular special course✨ The more you go to this yakiniku restaurant, the more you'll appreciate it. No reservation needed. Anyone can get in line and get some great meat 😆 Since they were declaring a state of emergency, they served us meat one after the other, which was nice in contrast 💕 All focused on eating lol. I was impressed again today by the professional grilling of the meat soldier. The better the meat, the more it tastes different depending on the griller 😊. I was especially impressed with the tteoktang soup on this day. I think I'll go back just for this and white rice. 🤣 I'm sure I'll end up ordering this and that though lol. If you want to buy delicious dumplings at a barbecue restaurant, this is the place to go @ Shikahama. Stamina En again. I always buy their famous fresh gyoza as a souvenir. ❣️ The juices are so juicy in your mouth. They are super tasty 😆 More than 8 pieces for a little over 500 yen. The meat from Stamina En is priced like this. The downtown area❗️ I'm an eater, so I couldn't cook them very well at home, but this time I think they're just okay⁉️...... 🤣. I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it this time around. I'll say it was ok this time 🤣. I'll say it was ok this time 🤣.

Brooklyn, Tokyo ⁉️ serves the finest meat at this restaurant @ Shikahama Stamina En. The delicious meat is tender and the flavor is further enhanced by the reliable griller. ⤴️ Stamina-En's hormone has no smell at all. You can enjoy the minced meat in various ways, from kombu-glazed to grilled. The oolong tea is also authentic and not commercial ❣️. The black bean apricot jelly to finish off the meal will make you feel refreshed 😆 You can eat if you wait in line since reservations are not required. It is well worth the trip 😍. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to find the right place for me. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm sure you'll love it.

Meat Jersey is just such a restaurant @ Shikahama We were invited by a foodie friend to our first Stamina En ❤️. This day was a special course offered only to the very regulars ❗️ and the meat was such a bonanza that the owner kept coming out of the kitchen to say, "Isn't that good meat? The meat was so good that the owner kept coming out of the kitchen with a smile 😍. The meat soldier, who has been to the restaurant more than 300 times, grilled these wonderful meats with exquisite timing and balance. What a luxurious and wonderful time 😆. The dessert of apricot bean curd with black beans was also excellent. It was a perfect volume, and of course, I finished it👍✨. The good thing about this restaurant is that anyone can line up and get the best meat of the day. There are no reservations, no waiting until 2021 for the next one, no celebrity, politician, rich celebrity, or any other such scummy stuff. ❗️It's OK to eat well and enjoy the ⭐️ equality. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but it's a good idea to buy a new one. I would love to eat them again even if I have to wait in line 😋.
