This restaurant features a very impressive large triangular table in the center. The chef prepares the dishes at the same table, which makes it exciting to see the ingredients being finished right in front of you. The dishes made with plenty of vegetables from Hyogo Prefecture are beautifully presented, and the flavors are gentle and deeply delicious. In particular, the combination of Awaji's squid and crunchy cauliflower was delightful with its contrasting textures. When paired with natural wine, the individuality of the dishes is further enhanced, making it easy to keep enjoying more glasses. There are only eight seats, so it's also nice to be able to spend time in a calm atmosphere.
