A New Proposal of "Japanese x Mediterranean" Fusion Shio koji, a traditional Japanese seasoning, and romesco, a traditional Spanish sauce, meet to create a new world of flavors. The charm of Japanese and Western flavors condensed into a single dish.
This four-course meal begins with a seasonal soup, followed by a main course where you can choose from grilled Kyoto Mochi Pork, ocean trout, or Wagyu beef. You’ll enjoy Kyoto’s unique ingredients and seasonal flavors, such as a tomato gratin made with rice from the 8th-generation Gihei, Kujo green onions, and summer vegetables.
