Pickles Aiki

Tsukemono Aiki is a pickle specialty store located on the old Karuizawa Ginza Street, providing additive-free pickles made from local Shinshu ingredients such as nozawana (a type of pickled vegetable) and nagaimo (Japanese yam). The owner, Harujirou Kosuda, has culinary experience in France and also produces and sells handmade oyaki (stuffed dumplings) in collaboration with local seniors. Customers can choose their favorite pickles through tastings, which has garnered positive feedback from visitors.
