Hairy crab with peach jelly, shrimp corn roll tempura, guji and wax gourd in a bowl, akogi, nodoguro no osukuri, hamo no otoshi, grilled ayu fish, simmered eggplant, fried ginkgo nut, ishikagegai, soft octopus, sweet potato, soft eel, mussel and manganji togarashi with vinegared miso, duck loin, purple sea urchin and ginger kuzukiri with dashi broth, sukiyaki with meat and matsutake mushrooms! rice, pear, mango and melon sherbet with acerola and white wine jus. Thank you for everything. Please come again next time.
