Go to the hottest sushi restaurant in town! Have you heard of the University of Restaurants? You can get sushi, wine sommelier, yakitori/chicken, pastry chef, and boulanger in a short time! The sushi course says that you can become a professional sushi chef in 3 months! The university there operates and graduates work at Senyo. It's been selected as a Bib Gourmand, and it's a bit of a hot topic! Located near JR Fukushima station. It looks like a sushi restaurant, and it is... When you enter the restaurant, you can smell the aroma of vinegar. Counter seats on both the first and second floors. The restaurant is flat with wooden counters. You can see the owner's hands in full view, and this side has a live and enjoyable atmosphere. The sushi table is decorated with a feather board, as it is the end of the New Year's holiday! I love this kind of presentation! There are two types of courses: 3,500 yen and 7,000 yen and up. The 7,000 yen course is served on the second floor. I will order the 3,500 yen course this time. Cheers to plum wine! My friend was served beer in a glass that looked like Mt. Appetizer Lily root tofu, tuna cheek charcuterie and flathead with tonburi sauce! The welcome yuzu liqueur soda was very refreshing and the sake during the courses was very easy to drink. I recommend Sushi Chiharu and will come back next time.
