The sushi course says that you can become a professional sushi chef in 3 months! The university there operates and graduates work at Senyo. It's been selected as a Bib Gourmand, and it's a bit of a hot topic! Located near JR Fukushima station. It looks like a sushi restaurant, and it is... When you enter the restaurant, you can smell the aroma of vinegar. Counter seats on both the first and second floors. The restaurant is flat with wooden counters. The menu was very well organized with a good mixture of cooked and raw dishes, and white and red fish. We chose the sake pairing menu, and we enjoyed the sake very much.
