You can walk from Susukino Station, and when you go up the elevator, a calm Japanese space unfolds. There are counters, tables, and private rooms, allowing you to spend your time leisurely. The assorted appetizers are carefully prepared, with impressive items like abalone, duck, and cod roe. The sashimi platter features fresh shellfish and white fish, and the herring sashimi is of good quality, making it easy to enjoy with sake. The sea urchin shabu-shabu has a rich broth that seeps into the vegetables and fish, providing a taste that is both unique and moving. The rice mixed with egg topped with sea urchin and salmon roe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, making it exciting to eat until the very end.
