Focusing on fresh seafood delivered directly from 16 beaches in Hokkaido, we offer a buffet of over 150 items centered on seafood, including the four major crabs—Taraba (king crab), Kegani (horsehair crab), Zuwai (snow crab), and Hanasaki crab—as well as a rich selection of meats such as wagyu sirloin, beef sagari (hanging tender), and jingisukan (grilled mutton). You can enjoy original seafood rice bowls prepared by skilled chefs and tabletop roaster grilling of clams, abalone, scallops, and more, and finish with a dessert corner featuring all-you-can-eat Haagen-Dazs.

The stylish interior, centered on warm wood, has a roaster at every seat. The seating is laid out generously with wide spacing between seats, comfortably accommodating a wide range of customers from families to groups and inbound tourists. A variety of seat types are available, from counter seats and booths to semi-private rooms, and with excellent access—about a 1-minute walk from Housui Susukino Station Exit 7—the place remains lively on weekday evenings.

The Hokkaido Hotel & Resort Group, which operates a variety of services across the prefecture such as hot spring hotels, glamping facilities, and sauna facilities, opened in Susukino on December 6, 2024. Built on the know-how of buffet operations that proved popular at the group’s Hotel Naturwald Furano, it was launched in Susukino, the entertainment district of the prefectural capital Sapporo, as a large buffet dining venue promoted as a “food department store.” Immediately after opening it was featured daily in the media and was selected for Tabelog’s Izakaya EAST Top 100 2025.

This is a buffet dining operated by the group overseen by Itsuki Kobayashi, Representative Director of Hokkaido Hotel & Resort Holdings Co., Ltd. Kobayashi, who is from Furano City, established an inn in 2003 and built the current group while successfully revitalizing financially troubled facilities. With the motto "creating inns that energize the region," they propose a new hospitality that blends food, hot springs, and culture, and under the slogan "a one-of-a-kind excitement," they promote a regional brand originating in Hokkaido nationwide.
