Taiheian is a unique soba shop founded by an owner from Tokyo who spread soba culture in Saga. The spacious interior, converted from a sake brewery, allows you to enjoy delicious soba along with local flavors. The soba, made with Kanto-style dashi and kaeshi, is rare in Saga, and its delicate aroma and firm texture are truly appealing. This restaurant offers a strong sense of Edo tradition within the shallow soba culture of Saga.
