You can quickly choose at the ticket machine outside, and the flow is easy to understand. It's nice that you can select the level of spiciness and numbness. The flat noodles are chewy and smooth, and they mix well with the soup and oil. The balance of numbness and spiciness is good, making it delicious and addictive. The no-soup bowl is full of ingredients, and the more you mix, the more the flavors come together. The Showa-era style dishes and the bar-like atmosphere of the shop are also enjoyable.
