[Wakayama] The day after staying at Kuroshio, breakfast is served at Engetsu. All meals are supervised by Chef Ryohei Hayashi from the Michelin one-star Japanese restaurant 'Tenoshima' in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo. The dishes focus on local ingredients and utensils from Wakayama, emphasizing farm-to-table. Freshly cooked rice is prepared according to each guest's breakfast time. The side dishes are generally simple and lightly seasoned, so some may find them insufficient as accompaniments to rice, but personally, I enjoyed them deliciously.
