I used it for lunch, and I was excited by the variety of dishes. The chicken mapo tofu had a strong flavor of Sichuan pepper, and the texture of the chicken skin was irresistible. The spicy stir-fried pork was fragrant and had a nice kick, which I really liked. The Sichuan-style poached white fish had no unpleasant smell and was easy to eat. The special beef noodles had chewy knife-cut noodles, and the texture was enjoyable with every bite. The spring rolls were crispy and flavorful, and the hot pot was filled with plenty of ingredients that warmed me up.
