In this course, you can enjoy not only dishes using Fukuso's soup stock, but also duck dishes using Japanese duck and homemade ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice). All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 2,000 yen. The rice cooked in an earthenware pot can be changed to "rice cooked in an earthenware pot with duck and burdock" for an additional 500 yen.
