When you order the grilled chicken, they quickly pour hot broth at the table and cut it into easy-to-eat pieces with scissors. The chicken is moist and tender, and the flavor seeps into the cabbage underneath, making it very delicious. Dipping it in ponzu sauce sharpens the taste, and you find yourself eating more and more. When you request ramen to finish, the noodles have a great texture and pair perfectly with the aroma of the chicken broth. The fried chicken is also freshly made, with a crispy coating and fluffy inside, which is satisfying. The chicken liver sashimi, thigh tataki, and fried gyoza are also delicious, making it enjoyable to savor even alone.
