The interior is spacious, with a well-balanced arrangement of counters and tables that creates a calming atmosphere. The hand-made soba has a wonderful aroma and a smooth texture that is pleasant to the throat. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and the sweet vegetables leave a lasting impression. The sashimi and small dishes are prepared with care, and the chawanmushi is smooth and very much to my liking. It can be enjoyed leisurely with sake, and I am satisfied even with the dessert. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the overall attention to detail is evident.
