Matsuo - Cheap and Delicious Nishikomori☆★ I had been wanting to go to Matsuo's since I saw a post on the food log. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was packed even though it was a weekday. However, as usual, I was lucky to be guided to the restaurant after waiting for 5 minutes. I ordered the two-color mori (ordinary soba and varied soba) for 1100 yen and tororo (grated yam) for 550 yen, which I had already decided to eat. First, the grated yam arrived. The freshly scraped thick yam, egg yolk, and broth are a delicious match! Then, two kinds of soba arrived, one with two different colors of soba and the other with a different color of soba! The soba noodles are arranged on a colander in two parts: one for the regular soba and the other for the oddball soba! Today's soba was "Chenbekiri (tangerine peel)", which was delicious with the aroma of tangerine peel and a nice thirst-quenching taste~(^q^) The ordinary Soba also has a strong smell and taste, and the texture is also good, so you can enjoy the Soba every time you bite into it. The soba water to finish the meal was thick and thick, so you could enjoy not only the smell but also the taste and texture of the soba. It was the right decision to go!
