KUIYA" is a yakiniku restaurant founded by Kazuko Hirota, who started her career in the restaurant business by opening a Japanese-style pub with her mother-in-law. The conversion to a yakiniku restaurant was triggered by the environment that allowed her to purchase fresh and delicious wagyu beef from a slaughterhouse in Nishinari at a reasonable price.
