The cozy interior centered around the counter is very comfortable thanks to the warm hospitality of the couple. The skewers, carefully grilled over charcoal, are all fragrant, and I was particularly surprised by the juiciness of the liver. The chicken sashimi, fried chicken, and seasonal side dishes are diverse, and I found myself reaching for more and more. The grilled vegetables and the daily fresh fish sashimi were also of a high standard, making it an enjoyable experience that felt beyond just a yakitori restaurant. There is a wide selection of sake and domestic whiskey available, and I was able to discover new brands through the tasting set. The tables are often fully booked with reservations, but I was lucky to sit at the counter and was completely satisfied until the end.
