The hand-made thin soba noodles are fragrant and very satisfying. Since they are made after you place your order, you can really enjoy the fresh flavor. The dipping sauce is accompanied by onion fries, tempura scraps, seaweed, hijiki, and wasabi, allowing you to enjoy it according to your preference. The large kakiage is packed with vegetables, and the flavors of carrot, onion, bell pepper, and burdock spread out. They prepared cold water with ice in a double-walled tumbler, which was a nice touch. They also served soba-yu (the hot water used to cook soba) after the meal, allowing for a pleasant experience until the very end.

The soba at the restaurant is thinly cut, fragrant, and can be slurped pleasantly. It is made fresh for each order, so there is a bit of a wait, but you can enjoy the flavor of freshly made noodles. There are various accompaniments for the dipping sauce, including seaweed and fried items, which is fun. The tempura made with local vegetables has a strong presence, and when enjoyed separately from the dipping sauce, it can be eaten lightly until the end. After the meal, the soba broth is comforting, and the aftertaste is delicious. They also thoughtfully served water with ice, making for a comfortable experience.
