This is the best French restaurant in Okinawa.
I have had many French meals in Okinawa, but I was overwhelmed.
My husband and I visited for Christmas dinner on 12/23.
It is fun to look at, delicious to eat, uses ingredients unique to Okinawa, and is a "Ryukyu French" restaurant that I would love to take my friends to when they come on vacation!
The chef, who is from Ishigaki Island, was very friendly and we had a very enjoyable Christmas dinner.
The appetizers served at the beginning were very stylish and looked very impressive! It was so nice that I couldn't help but want to take a picture of it.
The chef served us drinks that went well with the dishes, and even though I don't drink much, I found myself enjoying them more and more.
We will visit again next year!

I am always amazed and moved by the deliciousness and beauty of the dishes, as well as the beauty and interest of the tableware, and the way of using and the deliciousness of the locally produced ingredients. The wine pairing was also enjoyable not only for the taste but also for the stories of the grapes and producers.

I was able to spend a quiet and peaceful time. The dishes used a lot of local ingredients from Okinawa, and I thought that I wouldn't be able to enjoy them as French cuisine if I hadn't come here. I found it very good that I could taste ingredients I had previously eaten at other restaurants and diners in a completely different form and flavor. The presentation was beautiful and charming, and the gentle, mild taste was very delicious and satisfying. I will visit again.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. The meal was a 15-course course that was left to us. Although small plates and so-called "handheld dishes" in French cuisine are already not uncommon, we were truly surprised that the quality of the food was so high and that we were able to enjoy it all the way through without getting tired of it. While many of the ingredients were Okinawan, the chef did not dare to put the Okinawan flavor to the forefront, but instead created a solid French dish that gave us a glimpse of his ability.
I enjoyed the marriage with wine this time, and I heard that they are thinking of offering Grand Vin in the future, which would be well worth it.
Last but not least, I enjoyed talking with the chef, sommelier, and staff, and I would like to thank them for accepting a single customer like myself. I look forward to my next visit.
